Pact Collective is a NYC-based community impact network that exists to support neighborhood-led projects wokring in collective care, education, and healing. We provide fiscal hosting, operational tools, and connective support for grassroots collectives building safer, freer futures.
Our primary mission is to safeguard what makes New York, New York - a diverse and vibrant city where communities support one another in recognition of our interconnectedness. Our goal is to enhance these existing neighborhood support efforts, building on the cumulative efforts of those who came before us.

Our work is grounded in principles of solidarity and mutual care. We don’t just want to change the systems we’ve been given, we want to replace them with new systems of safety, equity, and dignity.
At our core, we believe that communities thrive when we build systems together; from the ground up, not top-down. This means going about things differently through demonstrated care and action. We know the path forward won’t be built by the mainstream tools and practices of today.
